The work consists of the comprehensive replacement of Blakeney Bridge. Including new foundations, Curb and railing system, Modular Bridge Structure (supplied by others), approaches and associated road work.

Blakeney Bridge is located in Mississippi Mills Township, between the Towns of Almonte and Pakenham, on Blakeney Road, East of Highway 29.
